- Transports: return of goods is Ex Works. The risks of transport, loss and / or damage to the goods, are borne by the buyer. Transportation by our couriers is available.
- Selling prices: net of VAT, to be paid by the buyer.
- Packaging: unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation, packaging for orders of new masses is included in the price. For masses to be sent to Cibe, they must be received by the Laboratory with packaging appropriate to their weight. The Laboratory reserves the right to charge the cost of any replacement and /or adjustment of the packaging if it is damaged or not suitable for return transport, in agreement with the customer.
- Order processing time: In the case of non-certified masses, the masses are usually available for immediate delivery. For certified masses, the time required for certification is usually less than 7 working days from receipt of the order or the masses to be certified.
- Minimum invoicing:considered the fixed expenses of management (the times of elaboration, processing and shipment of the order, packaging, transportation etc.), the minimum monthly billable amount will be € 50,00 (excluded expenses of VAT, packaging, transport). If the total of monthy orders is less than € 50,00, a charge equal to the difference will be added up to the minimum billable amount.
- Right of withdrawal: the customer has the right to exercise withdrawal in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 49 of the Consumer Code (Law 29/7/2003, no. 229). In this case, the consumer shall bear the cost of returning the material in addition to any processing carried out.
- Selling and Supporting Products Restrictions
As countries and companies place restrictions on the locations they will do business with, it is critical you understand how these restrictions may apply to you, so you can maintain trade compliance.
Companies located in these countries cannot receive sales or support for Rice Lake's global brands products from our offices or through our authorized distributors: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba and Crimean Region.
