ACCREDIA calibration service of single-range scales with capacity up to 20.000 kg, carried out by CIBE laboratory.

ACCREDIA CALIBRATION

The certificates issued by ACCREDIA Centre No. 117 have the same technical validity, within the limits of the declared uncertainty values, as those issued by the Primary Metrological Institute and are a guarantee of traceability at national and international level. The ACCREDIA calibration certificate is necessary to guarantee the traceability of measurements in companies with a Quality Assurance system.

FIXED COSTS FOR TECHNICAL TRAVEL, TRANSPORT AND MASS HANDLING

Please ask for a quotation for fixed costs for technical travel, transport and mass handling (valid regardless of the number of scales being calibrated).

ACCREDIA CALIBRATION WITH 5 MEASURING POINTS - CLASS I, II, III, IIII SCALES

	CB5	ACCREDIA calibration 5-point scale, 30kg < Max ≤ 300kg. The fee includes the following tests: load off-center, full scale repeatability, linearity over 5 loads.
	CB6	ACCREDIA calibration scale, 5 points, 300kg < Max ≤ 1500kg . The fee includes the following tests: load off-center, full scale repeatability, linearity over 5 loads.
	CB7	ACCREDIA calibration scale, 5 points, 1500kg < Max ≤ 20000kg . The fee includes the following tests: load off-center, full scale repeatability, linearity over 5 loads.

	CC2	ACCREDIA scale calibration (d < 1g, 10 points, > 10kg). The fee includes the following tests: load off-center, full scale repeatability, linearity over 10 loads.
	CC3	ACCREDIA scale calibration (d ≥ 1g, 10 points, ≤ 10kg). The fee includes the following tests: load off-center, full scale repeatability, linearity over 10 loads.
	CC4	ACCREDIA scale calibration ( d ≥ 1g, 10 points, 10kg < Max ≤ 30kg ). The fee includes the following tests: load off-center, full scale repeatability, linearity over 10 loads.
	CC5	ACCREDIA calibration scale 10 points, 30kg < Max ≤ 300kg . The fee includes the following tests: load off-center, full scale repeatability, linearity over 10 loads.

MINIMUM WEIGHT CERTIFICATE

	Code	Description
	CPM	Minimum Weight Certificate. Determination of minimum weight in accordance with Euramet document cg-18.
	CONF01	Supplement for evaluation and its inclusion in the declaration certificate of conformity of instruments to customer specifications.

NOTES
- The above prices DO NOT INCLUDE TRANSFER CHARGES that are quoted upon estimate.
- For calibration performed at our laboratory consider an additional fee of €20 for installation, cleaning and function test of the instrument.
- For each calibration will be issued an ACCREDIA Certificate.
- Any inspection prior to the calibration is quoted.
- If the number of scales is higher than 4, a quantity discount will be given in agreement with the laboratory.
- Calibration does not entail repairing or setting up the instruments to be calibrated.
- Every possible repetition of the linearity test following an adjustment of the scale, involves the additional cost of Euro 50,00.
