CIBE metrological laboratory is ACCREDIA accredited for the calibration of mass samples, weights and scales.

ACCREDIA is equivalent to all the main international accreditation Bodies such as for example DAKKS (Germany), COFRAC (France), UKAS (United Kingdom), NVLAP (United States) or CNAS (China). SIT certificates issued by accredited laboratories in Italy are equivalent to the ones all over the world.

CIBE is recognised by the Metric Central Office of the Italian Ministry of Economic Development as suitable in carrying out the necessary tests for the request of Test Certificates of weighing modules and CE Type Approval Certificates of automatic and non automatic weighing instruments.

CIBE offers a wide range of weights, weight sets, sample weights, and relative accessories (cases, gloves, pincers, handles).

The CIBE laboratory is recognised as suitable by the Milan Chamber of Commerce for the execution (only for Italy), on the entire national territory, of Periodic Verification on weighing instruments with capacity between 1 g and 150.000 kg.

CIBE organizes courses studied on purpose for diffusing metrological knowledge and the measurement quality subjects.
